WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW? A LOT! PLEASE KEEP READING!
Graduation celebration has always been promoted as a SAFE & SOBER event. Each student will be required to go through a security check by Concord Police Officers before boarding the bus, and again before entering Disneyland by Disneyland Security Personnel. Student behavior will be monitored by park personnel throughout our visit. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for those not cooperating. On a Disneyland Grad Nite trip in 2018 (before COVID-19), students were caught with prohibited items and were not able to board the bus or attend the trip. A mandatory meeting for all attendees will be held to review the rules and expectations.
WHAT CAN I TAKE WITH ME?
Not much, as has been the policy on all previous trips. However, you'll be provided with several items to make your trip easier once you have boarded the bus. In the past, we've handed out small bags with bottled water, sunscreen, feminine hygiene products, hand sanitizer, etc. You may also purchase items once you're inside the park. A quick rundown of approved/non-approved items is listed here, but more info will follow:
- RX Medication - YES, with pre-approval and a signed medical form
- OTC Medication - in most cases NO, but we'll have items on hand
- Hats - YES, if worn during security check
- Bags, purses, fanny packs - NO
- Makeup, hairspray, toothbrush, dental floss, wipes, comb/brush - NO
- Change of clothes, blankets, pillows - NO
- Cameras, go pro, video recorders - NO
- Phones - YES
- Sunscreen - NO, but it will be provided
- Contact solution - YES, if new and in a sealed container
- Chapstick - NO, but it may be provided
- Sunglasses, eyeglasses - YES, if shown to security at check in
HOW DO THE BUS SIGNUPS WORK?
Once your payment is made in full, permission slips have been turned in, and you've attended the mandatory student meeting - we'll send out a link to sign up for your bus choice in May.
WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY?
An optional Trip Refund Protection (TRP) can be added to your registration at a cost of $44. For complete details regarding the TRP, please refer to Terms and Conditions (#5 and #6).
